Exciting News from Warrawee

We’re thrilled to announce the completion of the Karingal Apartments project at Warrawee Retirement Village!

After almost five years of careful planning, the five beautiful, single-storey apartments are now ready — offering modern, spacious, and high-quality homes for couples looking to downsize and enjoy a peaceful, secure retirement lifestyle.

A huge thank you to the Warrawee Board, and to GJ Gardner Homes – Riverland for their excellent craftsmanship.

This is Warrawee’s first new build in nearly a decade, and we couldn’t be prouder!

Stage 2, which will transform the old lounge, dining, and sunroom into a brand-new community hub, is coming soon — stay tuned!

Future Development

Exciting times ahead for Warrawee and for Waikerie!

The District Council of Loxton Waikerie have agreed to donate a parcel of land between Elders Way and Smith Drive to Warrawee Lodge, which will allow us to expand our village and help to provide more options for affordable housing to retirees. Great news for those on our waiting list and for our future retirees! There is still much to be done before building commences but its a great step forward. See this week’s Murray Pioneer for the full article.
