RETIREMENT LIVING CODE OF CONDUCT

We are excited to let you know that Warrawee Lodge has been Certified as a Signatory to the Retirement Living Code of Conduct (the Code).

The Code aims to set and maintain high standards in the marketing, selling and operation of retirement communities, including complaints and dispute management procedures.

Voluntarily signing up to the Code confirms our commitment to setting standards that govern your experience, living in and moving out of our community, as well as the experience of new residents moving into the community.

Warrawee Lodge has committed to introducing responsive and transparent procedures for complaints handling.  We will effectively manage staff and facilities by providing clear policies, including the provision of ongoing training as required.  Clear communication with residents and their families is our priority.
